Lone Tree has recently been ranked the 7th best place to live in the U.S. by Money.com.
Located 18 miles south of downtown Denver and 7 miles south of the Denver Tech Center along I-25, Lone Tree residents and commuters recently celebrated the opening of three new RTD stations on the E, F, and R lines.
While Lone Tree is a smaller Denver suburb, there are numerous shopping and cultural amenities for residents. Park Meadows Mall is the largest and busiest mall in Colorado with over 185 stores and restaurants. The Lone Tree Arts Center hosts a variety of performances including music, theatre, dance, and school programs for local pre-K, elementary, middle, and high school students. Lone Tree is home to Bluffs Regional Park, a 253-acre grassland park with beautiful views of the Rocky Mountains and 3.5 miles of multi-use trails.
